SMS Messaging Policy

PeelBoard provides shop management software for window tinting businesses. This policy describes how SMS messages are sent to customers of shops that use PeelBoard.
How Consent Is Collected
Customers provide their phone number and consent to receive SMS messages by submitting a quote request form on a PeelBoard-powered shop page. The following disclosure is shown on every form at the point of submission:
"By submitting this form, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding your quote and appointment. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
Types of Messages Sent
- Quote and proposal notifications
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Job completion and follow-up messages
- Payment receipts and invoice notifications
- Review requests after service completion
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the shop. You may receive up to 5 messages per service visit.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Supported Carriers
All major US carriers are supported including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carrier liability is not assumed.
Privacy
