PeelBoard LLC ("PeelBoard," "we," "us," or "our") provides shop management software for window tinting businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from both shop owners who use our platform and their customers who interact with PeelBoard-powered pages.

1. Information We Collect

From shop owners:

• Name, email address, and business information provided during account creation
• Payment and billing information (processed securely by Stripe)
• Business details such as shop name, logo, address, and phone number
• Customer records, job information, invoices, and notes entered into the platform

From customers of shops using PeelBoard:

• Name, email address, and phone number submitted via quote request forms
• Vehicle information (year, make, model) submitted for service estimates
• Preferred appointment date, time, and any notes provided in the form
• Payment information when paying an invoice online (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

For shop owners:

• To provide and maintain the PeelBoard platform
• To process subscription billing
• To send product updates, account notifications, and support communications

For customers:

• To deliver quote requests and appointment information to the shop
• To send SMS and email notifications about your quote, appointment, and job status
• To process invoice payments
• To send follow-up review requests after service completion

3. SMS Messaging

If you submit a quote request form on a PeelBoard-powered shop page and provide your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from that shop regarding your quote, appointment, and service. 4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With the shop you contacted: Customer information submitted via a shop's form is shared with that shop owner so they can respond to your request.
• With service providers: We use trusted third-party services including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), and Supabase (infrastructure). These providers only process data as needed to deliver their services.
• As required by law: We may disclose information if required by a valid legal process, court order, or applicable law.

5. Data Retention

Shop owners can delete their account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Customer records are retained as long as the associated shop account is active. We will delete customer data upon request within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

PeelBoard is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our platform, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@getpeelboard.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PeelBoard after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
